Facebook campaign looks to get Terry Crisp in the Hall of Fame

Terry Crisp may not be one of the classiest, most-respected coaches to ever stand behind the bench, but he did nail my friend Andy’s mom once. Unfortunately, while a blood test confirmed that “Crispy” was not Andy’s father, his mother does admit to sleeping with him before meeting his dad. Sometime in the early 60s, I’m guessing.

While Crisp is not dying, unfortunately the “Crispy had sex with your mom” joke is. During university, Andy’s friends used to mention Terry on a weekly basis. Now, since Crisp has been colour commentating in Nashville for the past 12 years, most of us have all but forgotten about him.

So, before this hilarious reference is gone for good, let’s pressure the HHOF selection committee and the media to get Terry Crisp fast-tracked into the Hockey Hall of Fame.
